Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam is a Sanskrit phrase found in Sanatni texts such as the Maha Upanishad, which means “The World Is One Family”. Vedic tradition mentions “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” meaning all living beings on the earth are a family.

–जीवन के चार पुरुषार्थ हैं धर्म, अर्थ, काम व मोक्ष (FOUR PURSUIT OF LIFE) : The concepts of artha, kama and dharma appear in the most ancient Hindu scripture known as the Vedas, referred to collectively as trivarga or “the three ends of human endeavor”. It was not until the later Upanishads that the concept of moksha appeared, after which texts such as the Dharmasastras and the epics Ramayana and Mahabharata integrated the four as purushartha.
